Policies

Arrival Time : Please arrive to your appointment free of makeup in your eye area, there are several bathrooms located in and around our salon remove eye makeup, if you fail to do so you will be charged a $5.00 cleaning fee. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, your service will be shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late with no notification, will be considered a no show, our cancellation/ no show policy will then be in effect.

Changing Your Appointment: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a booked appointment without penalty. A minimum of 48 hours is required to cancel a booked appointment without penalty.

Sickness or Family Emergency: If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other guests, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or rescheduled for when you are healthy again. We understand the occasional family emergency may arise unexpectedly. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.

Cancellation / No Show Policy :As a courtesy, appointment reminders are send out 72 and 24 hours prior to your appointment either by text,email or both. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.If you no show your appointment, reschedule or within 4 hours of your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you book your appointment, less than 24 hours ahead of time, and cancel, no show or reschedule your appointment with less than 4 hours notice you will be charged 100% of your cancellation fee. In the event of snow, if Ledyard Public Schools has a snow day/ delay cancellation fees are waived for that day, no show fee will still apply. A credit card is required to be held on file in order to book your appointment and will not be charged unless the aforementioned has occurred. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time. In turn we promise to keep your appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention and the best lashes in southeastern CT.

Other Artist's Work: New Clients with extensions must schedule a consult prior to booking a fill appointment. If you have lashes from another artists there is a possibility that your lashes may need to be removed and reapplied properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension training, certifications, and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained. At Connecticut Lash Co., our top priority is to protect the integrity of your eye health and natural lashes. In the case you are arriving to us from another artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.

After Hours Appointments: Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a rush to find an appointment outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $35 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointments.

Refund Policy: You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to make you satisfied, which will be done with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment or you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

Class Policies:

Class payments are non-refundable. Class participants are responsible for obtaining their own liability insurance policies. Connecticut Lash Co. and its employees are not responsible for the actions of class participants, before, after or during instructional time. Connecticut Lash Co. may be able to give general advice based on their own individual experiences and is not a substitute for legal advice or services. Participants must adhere to local and federal statues regarding the practice of lash extensions, lash lift & tints, and other related services. Payment for classic lash, volume lash or beauty business academy is considered an acceptance of these policies.
